Manage the day-to-day administration of the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data related to compensation, benefits enrollment, and employee recognition programs. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure benefit payments, deductions and contributions are processed timely and accurately. Process and support Pension and Savings Administration processes. Responsible for data and pay inputs that will feed into Payroll and other downstream systems (internal and external).
