About the role

To enhance the plant’s asset performance by integrating maintenance engineering, reliability management, and TPM practices into a unified system that supports long‑term equipment health and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the auditing and coaching processes for TPM and reliability‑related activities across all project teams, ensuring methodological rigor and continuous maturity progression.
• Maintain and update the integrated TPM & Reliability Master Plan.
• Serve as custodian of the site’s TPM and reliability learning system by developing, standardising, and governing training materials, templates, and technical content.
• Ensure alignment with corporate methodologies while enabling effective capability development at all functional levels.
