Tpm Maintenance Engineer (Monterrey)

Overview
This position ensures innovation and optimization projects are established and that have a clear connection to the LEGO Competency Framework, Company's Strategy and Department Initiatives, with a special focus on Business Intelligence reporting, data collection integrity and continuous improvement tools.
Location
Monterrey, Mexico – Cienega de Flores, NL.
This is not a remote position.
Core Responsibilities
Transform databases into BI dashboards, analysis reports, create action logs and track misalignments and deviations.
Integrate digital tools to automate process flows.
Encourage innovation and participation in projects to improve maintenance processes.
Engage with maintenance peers and support the overall strategic ambition.
Ensure TIP is followed and action logs are tracked weekly.
Own the LCI Assessment tool.
Communicate with all stakeholders, supervisors and engineers to meet customer needs.
