Summary
Reports to the Manager – Maintenance, Manager – Mechanical, Manager – Continuous Improvement, Manager – Electrical, or Manager – Information Technology Services and works under the direction of the Foreperson of the specific trade (i.e., Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Grounds, Information Technology Services, or Vehicle and Equipment Services). Performs maintenance, repair, alteration, and installation tasks, including renovations and modifications. May perform minor elements of other trades.
