Training & Enablement Specialist

The Technical Enablement Specialist strengthens the technical proficiency and operational readiness of internal teams while supporting company-wide onboarding efforts. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and delivering enablement programs that improve understanding of the Paymentus platform, its features, and its workflows. They work cross-functionally to ensure that technical knowledge is accurately captured, well-documented, and effectively transferred across the organization.

This position bridges the gap between product knowledge, operational execution, and instructional design —helping translate technical complexity into clear, actionable learning for diverse audiences.
