Patient Pipeline is a healthcare marketing agency supporting some of the most progressive ophthalmology practices in the US. We're growing our client services team and looking for a specialist to lead training and implementation for a cutting-edge AI platform we deploy with our practice partners.This is a rare role — we need someone who genuinely understands how ophthalmology practices operate (refractive and cataract workflows specifically) and can translate that into exceptional onboarding, training, and ongoing support for busy clinical teams.
What you'll do:
Lead onboarding and go-live for new practice accounts
Conduct live virtual training sessions with administrators, counselors, and clinical staff
Build and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and resource libraries
Serve as day-to-day implementation support for platform questions
Proactively identify workflow gaps before customers feel friction
