Join Sunoco LP as a Training Specialist, where you will skillfully design and deliver engaging training solutions. This bilingual role, lasting 12 months, supports the training needs of franchise partners and store openings.
As part of the Training and Development team, you will assess training needs, develop materials, and facilitate varied training formats. Key components include building virtual training sessions and conducting in-store workshops. Your mission will be to enhance workplace performance and uphold the brand’s values and standards.
