Training Specialist

Position Overview

Intelex has a global presence with a diverse base of clients around the world, and this is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of Intelex’s product adoption in our client base. The Training Specialist is responsible for developing and facilitating technical software training to clients online and onsite, providing education on best practices of administration and use of each Intelex solution. The Training Specialist works alongside Technical Consultants and Project Managers to understand and interpret software configurations into technical documentation and training materials, and to complete training and material development to adhere to client project timelines. We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed and can develop strong relationships with our users and administrators.
