Transformation Risk and Advisory, Senior Manager, JIRA lead

Overview

As a Senior Manager on PwC’s Transformation Risk & Advisory team, you will lead the tooling strategy for large transformation programs, focusing on Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and the Power Platform. You will design, configure, govern, and scale PMO tooling, reporting, and workflow automation to partner with program leadership, ensuring consistent delivery processes, high‑quality data, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a blended/onshore‑offshore team to design, build, and support PMO tooling solutions (dashboards, Power Apps, workflow automation, and emerging AI capabilities) across large transformation programs.
• Own the Jira platform for program delivery—configuration and administration of projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, issue types, and automations aligned to the operating model.
