Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Transport Administrator to handle a variety of transport related administrative duties based at our Head Office in Romford, Essex. Please be aware that your own transport will be required due to the location of Head Office – RM4 1HL.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general office administration duties.
- Schedule and book vehicles for inspections, MOTs, servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Manage and process Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), including payments and appeals.
- Maintain vehicle records, service schedules, and compliance documentation.
