Role Description

Become a vital part of The Link's team as a Trauma-Informed Youth Care Practitioner. This full-time overnight position at the Youth Resource Centre focuses on empowering vulnerable youth.
You'll be responsible for providing crisis intervention, shelter services, and case planning utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. Your role will impact the youth's healing journey while ensuring their needs are met in a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement shelter intakes and assessments efficiently
• Deliver holistic support and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care
• Support youth's daily needs and general facility upkeep
• Attend training and staff meetings as necessary
Requirements:
• Relevant education or combination of experience
