TRCA Outreach Program Support (Toronto)

Join the TRCA team as an Outreach Program Support member focused on community engagement initiatives. This role supports the Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Program through various administrative and outreach tasks.

In this position, you’ll assist in the preparation and delivery of online and in-person workshops. You will handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and provide support for community research data. Your insights will help enhance community connections and promote the outreach program effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program delivery with administrative tasks
• Schedule meetings using MS Teams, WebEx, and Zoom
• Maintain records and assist with database tasks
• Conduct surveys and manage data entry activities
• Promote TRCA events in the community
