Our client, a top trial boutique firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate or counsel who can run a docket with minimum supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sophisticated litigation experience.
• 2-3 first chair trials preferred; significant 2nd chair experience acceptable when combined with deposition and motion practice.
• Strong deposition and motion practice.
• Ability to run a docket with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage in complex litigation cases as first or second chair, including deposition and motion practice.
• Run docket under minimal supervision.
