Role Description
Job Overview
Ledcor Highways is hiring skilled Truck and Coach Technicians/Heavy Duty Mechanics for our Highway Maintenance team across multiple locations in Ontario. In this role you will perform maintenance and repair of heavy construction and maintenance equipment such as plow and sanding trucks, loaders, and light support gear used to keep the roads in your community safe.

- Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
- Wawa, Ontario
Rates & Premiums
- Mechanics receive a skilled trade premium of $5 per hour in the following geographic locations: Agawa, Wawa, Hornepayne, Chapleau, Hinkler, White River.
- Relocation packages available.
Work Conditions
- Monday to Friday, 10‑hour shifts.
- Shop based with travel to various field operations.
