CDC Driver job emphasis is to provide safe, prompt and courteous service with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prompt and courteous service on deliveries and report any errors or actions requiring attention.
• Maintain delivery window times at stores.
• Complete documentation of all deliveries – number of trays are counted and logged before and after each delivery. RDM for completeness.
• Verify store numbers, route and stop before releasing the product to store.
• Must count all Hi Value items with the store team when delivery is completed and follow Check in Process /Got It and FER process of all High Value Items.
• Report and return all damaged and missed products delivered back to Food Centre.
• Operate vehicles in a safe and professional manner. Abiding all transportation laws maintaining a safe driving record.
