Support for Machine Monitoring Specialists is also part of your duties, ensuring effective resolution across equipment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with service departments for machine repairs
• Investigate machine activity and recommend solutions
• Communicate actions to Service Departments via various channels
• Follow up to ensure resolution and identify learning points
• Provide Fleet Health reports for clients and Brandt
