Key Responsibilities:
• Work on numerous development projects across Ontario
• Perform Property Due Diligence and analyses
• Prepare applications related to planning permissions
• Attend site meetings for evaluations
• Collaborate with municipalities and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Enrollment in Land Use Planning program or equivalent
• Knowledge of design software like AutoCAD
