Turnaround Specialist

Position Summary

The Galveston Bay Refinery located in Texas City, TX is seeking an experienced Turnaround Specialist who will be accountable for the overall planning and execution of turnarounds at the refinery safely, in a timely manner, and on budget. Responsibilities include developing and managing all turnaround/project scope through schedule management and execution best practices. Extended hours may be required during planning and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround scope development across all departments, ensuring accurate capture in the Turnaround Work List and reviewing lessons learned from previous turnarounds.
• Review and verify alignment of Work Scope Approval Forms, RFIs, Engineering Project Request Form Log, Event Work List, and P6 Primavera schedule.
