Role Description
Join the Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club as U14 Head Coach in North Vancouver, BC. Lead a passionate group of athletes and cultivate a thriving ski racing culture.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing the U14 athletes’ training and competitions, ensuring they develop technical skills and a strong competitive spirit. You will work in collaboration with the coaching team to align practices with Alpine Canada’s development principles. This includes managing athlete safety, implementing strength and conditioning programs, and maintaining effective communication with families and staff.

• Coordinate training and competition logistics for U14 program
• Implement fitness testing and dryland training sessions
• Support athlete progress and handle equipment education
• Build relationships within the skiing community
