The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions and demonstrates a strong ability to provide exceptional support and consultancy services to our clients. In particular, we are seeking a functional subject matter expert with hands on experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)—specifically in Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling—with demonstrated capability in configuring and supporting complex rules related to overtime, collective agreements, and other unionized workforce requirements.
