UKG Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong expertise in UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM to support and sustain Workforce Management operations across LATAM.

What we’re looking for:

-Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / eTime configuration, support & troubleshooting

-Experience in HRIS implementations or deployments across multiple countries

-Ability to partner with regional stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions

-Advanced English & Spanish proficiency (written and spoken)

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to have:

-LATAM HRIS support experience

-Knowledge of labor regulations across multiple countries

-Experience with sustainment, post-implementation support, or HRIS migrations

Key responsibilities:

-Support UKG Pro WFM operations across LATAM

-Maintain and optimize current configurations
