Undergraduate Nursing Employee Battleford

The Undergraduate Nursing Employee is an unregulated member of the team-oriented health care team who provides secure, patient and family-centered care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN). The role supports the delivery of quality care through assessment support, implementation of care plans, monitoring patient status, and communication with the health care team. The Undergraduate Nursing Employee is accountable for providing care within their education preparation, demonstrated competency, and organizational policies, and seeks guidance when patient needs exceed their authorized responsibility.

Experience

Min 600 hrs of clinical practice in an approved RN/RPN Nursing education program.
