Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Universal Financial Associate supports members with all banking needs. Responsibilities include preparing documents for member meetings, providing proactive contact and follow‑up, handling walk‑in member discussions, processing daily transactions, and recommending products and services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively gather and document all pertinent information required for the Financial Advisor to have a robust conversation.
• Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; look for recommendations to shape financial fitness.
• Open and review new accounts, following up with members as per guidelines.
• Prepare and enter loan application information.
• Support branch activities to grow new memberships and strengthen relationships.
