UX/UI Designer

This is a remote position. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who combines strong design craft with an AI-forward mindset. You'll own the end-to-end visual and interaction experience across Sell2Rent's digital presence, from the website and lead forms and conversion flows. You'll work at the intersection of design, data, and emerging technology, using tools like Claude, Webflow and Figma-integrated AI workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality. This is not a 'design tickets and wait' role. You'll need to read shifting priorities, self-manage your queue, and make judgment calls on what matters most to the business right now.
