Role Description

Position Summary

: This course builds upon UX115 and introduces students to the quantitative methods used to collect, analyze and present summative UX data. Students learn how to select appropriate metrics for the assessment of usability, utility and satisfaction with products and services, as well as how to justify design decisions with data.

Qualifications – Other

  • PhD with emphasis in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design or equivalent is preferred

  • Teaching experience at the college or university level or experience providing training in UX quantitative research or equivalent is required.

  • Applied quantitative research practice involving human subjects or equivalent is required
