Validation Engineer

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Validation Engineer.
**What you'll do**:
**Job summary**
Manage, develop, implement, monitor, maintain the quality strategy of new products and its validations according with to ISO, Eaton Quality System (EQMS) and Prolaunch, provide guidance and support to capacity expansion team for definition of critical characteristic and validation since first stages of new product development (pre-launch).
Ensure a Design Quality and process quality are delivered to the plants.
**Job responsibilities**
1. Develop, review, manage, approve, control, and distribute the quality documentation of new Validations.
And ensure that are communicated to all stakeholders.
2.Responsible for the quality activities on new programs throuh the uses of Pro-launch.
Works closely with the project team and WPA to establish targets/requirements for project success, design/engineering score card
