Full‑time, full‑time job. We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our human resources strategy across Valemount, Jasper and Lake Louise. The role supports leadership, champions our culture, and ensures all employees feel empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Champion Vantage Hotels’ purpose, vision, mission and core values across all properties.
- Design and implement culture & engagement initiatives (team events, recognition, town‑halls, 1:1s).
- Oversee full‑cycle recruitment for all departments, ensuring a culture fit.
- Develop immersive onboarding experiences and manage benefits administration.
- Coordinate staff housing programs, ensuring safe, compliance‑facing accommodations.
