What You’ll Do
Partner with business stakeholders to define the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives. Design and implement Salesforce configuration changes including Flows, approvals, layouts, dashboards, and reports to improve platform functionality and user experience. Drive governance, change management, and release planning while maintaining sandbox environments and supporting DevOps processes. Manage user and license administration, monitor user adoption, and deliver training and support to ensure Salesforce remains a high-impact tool. Analyze user feedback to identify trends and enhancement opportunities, improving data quality, system health, and overall platform performance. What You’ll Bring
