Role Description
**Veterinary Assistant Team Coordinator**
**Location: Vancouver, BC**
**Department: Emergency**
**Compensation: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience**
**Reports to: Assistant General Manager and General Manager**
The role of ER VTA Team Coordinator will support, lead, and direct members of their team in a professional and kind manner while recognizing the responsibilities involved in responding to client and co-worker questions. The ER VTA Team Coordinator will also work closely with the hospital’s Leadership team to promote a positive hospital image and continuously work towards the betterment of the whole hospital.
**Leadership duties:**
+ Direct involvement in onboarding, orientation and training for new VTAs/RVTs in ER dept. Provides clear training objectives and timelines for acquiring skills.
