Role Description

The position requires a dedicated individual to manage all phases of real estate projects. You will work closely with contractors and stakeholders, establish project scope, and monitor financial performance effectively. Ensure successful project execution by leveraging your technical knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and control project initiation, execution, and closure
• Monitor scope, budget, and deadlines for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Direct resources and evaluate team performance
• Prepare and deliver construction progress reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years as a project manager
• Diploma in engineering or construction management
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage supplies
