The Vice President, Business Resilience, Capital Markets is a key member of the Capital Markets Business Resilience team within the Capital Markets Office of the Chief Operating Officer (CM OCOO). The team oversees a broad and complex portfolio of non-financial risks—including Third-Party Risk, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Physical Security Risk, and Fraud Risk—using a portfolio-based approach to identify cross-cutting themes, concentrations, and emerging resiliency impacts across Capital Markets.
