7+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment

Demonstrated success in past Head of Marketing roles (bonus if you've led Product Marketing teams) - building, leading and mentoring high-performing teams as well as growing revenue

Demonstrated success in navigating and influencing challenging dynamics at the executive level, including managing strong personalities and engaging in direct, candid conversations while maintaining professionalism and focus on outcomes

In depth, hands‑on experience with all core product / solution marketing functions - positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM planning, sales enablement, marketing research, competitive intel and product launch

Demonstrated creative thinking with ability to develop new programs that generate awareness and intent, enable sales and excite customers
