Vice President (VP), Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst

Citi is looking for an experienced Vice President, Controls Lead Analyst — Non-Financial Risk to serve as a strategic risk and control adviser to the Wealth business, helping shape a stronger, more resilient control environment across one of the world's leading financial institutions. In this role, you will act as the primary risk and control partner for the Wealth business area, guiding teams through the full risk management lifecycle while driving the design, execution, and continuous improvement of control frameworks. Your work will directly influence the quality of risk decisions, the effectiveness of operational controls, and the prudent delivery of business objectives within Citi's risk appetite.
