VIP Guest Concierge – Welcome Desk Lead

The Fédération Internationale de Football Association is seeking a Welcome Desk Coordinator in Mexico City. This role will support frontline guest engagement at VIP Hotels during the FIFA World Cup 26™. You'll assist with guest arrivals, manage services, and ensure a consistent, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have over 5 years in hospitality or event management, a degree in relevant fields, and should be fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
