Provide top-notch nursing care as a Visiting Nurse with Closing the Gap Healthcare in Current Liskeard, Coblat, or Haileybury. Leverage your wound care expertise while focusing on community health and client needs.
This Registered Nurse position requires a passion for compassionate care and effective communication. You will manage wound treatments, deliver IV therapies, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support clients and student needs. Flexibility and critical thinking are essential to navigate this enriching role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client wound care and treatment requirements
• Administer IV antibiotics and perform CVAD care
• Coordinate updates with HCCSS for client needs
• Travel between community clients for personalized care
• Create reports and order necessary medical supplies
Requirements:
• RN or RPN certification with CNO
• Minimum two years of community nursing experience
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR certification
