We are looking for a NSWOC Visiting Nurse (RN or RPN) who is comfortable providing care to our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a culture made for caring, is flexible, and possesses strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills that drive success.
If you have a passion for client‑focused care, experience in wound care, and a diverse skill set in IV antibiotic administration, cannulation, chemo disconnects, CVAD and Port‑A‑Cath care, you are a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Care for client needs and manage wound care.
- Administer IV antibiotics, perform IV cannulation, chemo disconnects, care for CVADs and Port‑A‑CATHs.
- Report and coordinate with HCCSS (LHIN).
