VPS Engineer (f/m/d)

• Promote the VPS plan.
• Organize, conduct, and follow up on events.
• Facilitate teams supporting the VPS Manager.
• Track and report results to the VPS Manager.
• Communicate VPS-related information.
• Suggest continual improvements to training materials and techniques.
• Deliver information to the VPS Manager for the monthly KPI report related to VPS.

• Industrial Engineer or related degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Automotive industry experience required.
• Proficiency in English.
