Warehouse Supervisor

**Position Summary**
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations related Warehouse /Receiving/Shipping ensuring the quality, safety and productivity standards.
Drive the receiving, storing and material flow in the production processes until the shipping step, keeping a safe and organized work environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate and develop the Warehouse team.
- Execute their performance review and feedback processes.
- Drive the operative activities of the area in the most effective way: receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping and tugging.
Coordinate the activities between shifts.
- Monitor the KPI for the area, drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for those under performance.
- Sustain 5s and EHS initiatives on the area, ensuring the actively participation of all the team members.
- Function as Warehouse HPT Leader.
