Warranty Recovery Specialist

Specific responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Develop and present conclusive assessments of problem responsibilitiesGather complete and timely internal supporting documentation including root cause and supporting corrective actionsInterface with various internal departments to develop cases and present to suppliers gaining concurrence of responsible costsNegotiate with suppliers to overcome resistance and gain appropriate recovery of costsPlan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment using a wide scope of warranty, financial, purchasing, and vehicles systems.Strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership.Establish partnerships both internally and externally and to influence without direct authority.Commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer.Contribute or drive team success by clarifying expectation and minimizing politic...
