Role Description
Job Summary
Position: Project Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Technician. The technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of project vehicles and equipment, including inspection, servicing, performance testing, and replacement or repair of defective components. The role diagnoses operational issues and ensures compliance with provincial requirements. The pay range for this position is $39.00 to $43.00 per hour.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to detect malfunctions or damage.
- Perform repairs or replacements using proper tools and equipment.
- Place orders for necessary spare parts and ensure timely procurement.
- Diagnose problems and vehicle operation issues and recommend changes or necessary services.
