Requirements

• Previous wedding planning and/or wedding coordination experience
• Must have experience with South Asian weddings, including Indian and multi‑day wedding celebrations
• Strong understanding of wedding timelines, logistics, vendor management, and client experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Clear, professional, and warm communication skills
