Well Engineering Completion/Workover

The Well Engineer – Completions/Workover will focus on:
• Well completion and workover (well repair) operations
• Design and execution of well intervention programs
• Optimization of well performance during post-drilling phases
• Application of engineering tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• Have 5+ years of experience in well construction, completions, workover, or intervention operations
• Demonstrate experience in well design, intervention programs, simulations, or field operations
• Have strong knowledge or exposure to VCDSE (Virtual Collaborative Design System Environment)
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex environments
