The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation processes, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to handle complex legal matters efficiently. Duties
- Manage and oversee all phases of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.
- Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence, identifying legal issues, and preparing for court proceedings.
