WORK AND FAMILY LIFE COORDINATOR

Summary You will serve as a WORK AND FAMILY LIFE COORDINATOR in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DEPARTMENT of NAVSTA GTMO, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba . Responsibilities You will review all new and existing Work and Family (WFL) programs and recommend changes to supervisor. You will maximize various forms of service delivery, including virtual services via webinar, video, email, phone and ship aboard to deployed service members. You will collaborate with military and community-based Quality of Life (QOL) strategic partners on executing multi-departmental installation QOL primary prevention events and activities. You will analyze new legislation to determine impact on program operations and management, making program adjustments and/or providing recommendations to the Director, as appropriate.
