Requirements
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integrations
Requires advanced expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including comprehensive understanding of their configuration and operational impact
Mandatory advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities, to drive business process optimization
