Workday Data Conversion Consultant

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience leading data conversion workstreams , including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

• Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling , including SQL/MySQL, XML, Excel , and related data manipulation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.g., iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load).
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle , including:
• Data requirements definition
• Data extraction and transformation
• Data loading and reconciliation
