HUB is in search of a detail-oriented Scheduling Specialist with deep knowledge of Workforce Management principles. With at least 7 years of experience, you’ll manage agent schedules aligned with forecasted workloads while delivering comprehensive performance reports. Your familiarity with NICE CXone will support troubleshooting and technology improvements.
