Xiaomi Store Manager -Mall Plaza Norte-Santiago

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store business operations, responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, and executing headquarters' strategies on the ground.
• Manage daily store operations including staffing, merchandise, displays, inventory, customer service, and customer experience.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and conduct performance management for store staff, building an efficient team to support both sales and service.
• Act as the business owner of the store — oversee foot traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, marketing campaigns, new product launches, brand standards, and maintain relationships with the mall and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above. Have basic English ability (not a must, prefer).
• Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience; 3C/mobile phone/consumer electronics industry preferred.
