Role Description

Staff Management

  • Develop daily management standards and processes for store staff.
  • Make recruitment plans based on store business needs.
  • Handle store staff onboarding, transfers, and terminations, timely report to headquarters operations.
  • Assess training needs for store employees and develop training programs.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to implement staff training; conduct staff empowerment based on training results.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of store staff work efficiency and quality.

Operational Efficiency Enhancement

  • Set actionable and measurable store and personnel sales target, including specific targets for value-added services and inventory.
  • Analysis of business metrics: Daily/weekly/monthly analysis and monitoring of GMV, mobile sales targets, etc., to identify opportunities, issues, and risks.
