Role Description
Become a Yacht Customer Experience Specialist in a shore-based, full-time role. Ensure guests enjoy their sailing adventure while crafting informative content about yacht operations and systems.
In this engaging position, you will be the main point of contact for clients setting sail on their journeys. Key duties include preparing yachts for charter, providing briefings to ensure client comfort, and creating engaging how-to content for better guest understanding. After training, you will independently manage client experiences and contribute to fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and boat briefs
• Organize dock plans and manage fuel operations
• Create comprehensive manuals and how-to videos
• Conduct post-charter debriefs with clients
• Assist with fleet preparations during off-seasons
Requirements:
• Sailing experience with relevant qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and customer service background
